Our Commercial Kitchen is now ready to rent!

Our 60" commercial gas range has four cast iron burners, a 36" inch griddle with two tubular burners so you can use one side or both, and two 26.5" ovens in which to help service your culinary needs.

The kitchen is also equipped with:

  • A Large three door reach in refrigerator

  • A Large two door reach in freezer

  • Six large color-coded Polyethylene Cutting Boards to help prevent cross contamination

  • Large Ice Machine

  • Other miscellaneous items

The kitchen has several zones in which to work:

  • Cooking

  • Food Prep

  • Dish & Pot Washing Stations

  •  Service Window

We currently do not offer pots or pans and have limited utensils in the kitchen. To donate kitchen supplies, please contact us using the link below to send an email. We look forward to offering this new and exciting addition to the Viola Community Center.

Fruit Pie

Rates for Commercial Kitchen use is $20 per hour or a flat rate of $30 for the day when used in conjunction with renting the Great Hall.
